Employment & Employee Information
When you apply for a job with us, we collect the information that you provide to us in connection with your job application. This includes business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other information of the type that may be included in a resume. This may also include diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We use this information to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, such as by evaluating a job candidate for an employment activity, and monitoring recruitment statistics. We also use this information for business communications, to notify governments, file reports, and respond to employment regulation.
How We Share Personal Information
We do not share your Personal Information with third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Notice and as permitted by applicable law. We may share your Personal Information with our corporate parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Notice.

Data Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We employ a number of organizational, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we collect. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as we have a business relationship with you. We may retain your account information and order information for our records for up to 7 years after your last transaction. Information that identifies you but is not otherwise needed will be deleted after 2 years. We may retain deidentified and aggregate data indefinitely.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through the Services to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Right to Know

Exercising Your Rights

To access or delete specific pieces of Personal Information we will need to verify your identity to the degree of certainty required by law. As permitted by applicable law, any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and residency verification process (“Verifiable Consumer Request”). We will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information for us to reasonably verify you are the consumer about whom we collected Personal Information.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf (an “Authorized Agent”), may make a request to know or delete related to your personal data. We require Authorized Agents to provide written authorization confirming they may submit a request on your behalf. You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. We endeavor to substantively respond to a Verifiable Consumer Request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt, unless we require an extension. If we reasonably require an extension, we will inform you of the reason and extension period.


We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your data subject rights. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your Verifiable Consumer Request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
